Staff Auditions

We are growing rather rapidly, which is awesome! It means we're getting more people and it also means that we need to fill the two open Global Mod spots and the Advertising Mod spot! Below are the various parts of the job and what we expect ^^

(Global Mod) x2
You will work closely with Myself and will need to be available for a majority of the week. You will be in charge of the site when an admin is not online and not reachable. You will enforce rules, accept applications, assist in affiliating and work with administrators on site content and upcoming events. Good people skills, a cool head and creativity is a must. You need some form of instant messenger (AIM preferred) or be willing to get one. You should also have a basic knowledge of HTML or CSS coding. This isn't a huge things as it can and will be taught to those who don't have it. Review courses will be given to those who do have a background anyway.



(Advertising Mod) x1
Also known as public relations, it is your job to make sure the word about December gets out into the community. You should be creative (idea wise) and should have patience to fulfill this job. Advertising can be tedious but also rewarding as advertising is the number 1 way to get new members. You will directly deal with other site's members and staff so people skills will get you pretty far in this field.

Do you have coding experience?Hardly any but I'm more than willing to learn.
Have you modded anywhere before?Yes I've modded on two other successful sites and am an admin on another site.
Why do you want to mod here? I want to mod here because I'm a people pleaser. I have no problems directing members where they need to go or helping them in any way. I'm a loving person and I love to make the members feel happy on the site. I also can get things done. If you ask me to do something a typo or something that needs to be fixed I have no problems keeping the site neat and tidy. I love helping people, and if you need help then I shall be here to help, as staff or as a loyal member.
